Based in Underwood, Iowa, Dietrich Entertainment DJs school dances throughout the Omaha metro, Council Bluffs, western Iowa and the surrounding areas — homecoming, winter formal and prom. If your school is further out, ask anyway. I travel.

My school collections are $1,295 for JV at two hours, $1,795 for Varsity at three, and $2,795 for Graduate at four — all published above with the full à la carte list. No quote request required to find out what it costs before you take it to your committee.

Clean versions only, and every student request gets screened at the booth before it plays. I've been doing school dances long enough to know which songs have a radio edit that still isn't appropriate for a gym full of freshmen. Your chaperones can enjoy the night instead of monitoring it.

Yes — school events are purchase-order only. One PO, two invoices: a 50% booking retainer invoiced at signing, and the remaining 50% after the event, payable by district check. No credit card required and no processing fees.

Yes to both. I carry general liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance to your district on request. Most districts require one on file before a vendor sets foot in the building, so I'd rather send it early than hold up your paperwork.

Not at schools. Fire marshals treat cold sparks as sparks regardless of the name, and I'm not going to put your building or your activities director in that position. The CO2 cannon is the school-side equivalent — a big, loud, completely safe moment for the last song or the crowning. It's $1,795 as an add-on.

Two, three or four hours depending on the collection, and four is the maximum at any tier. School dances don't run longer than that, and quoting you more time than your night actually needs isn't doing you a favor.

The photo booth prints and digital copies go to your students and your school. I don't publish images that identify individual students without written permission — your district's photo policy governs, not mine.
